Client Gallery Terms of Service

Welcome! Your photo gallery is provided by Gray Mornings Photography for personal viewing and use. By accessing and using your gallery, you agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright & Ownership

All images in your gallery are the intellectual property of Gray Mornings Photography. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to download and share your purchased images. All rights not expressly granted remain with Gray Mornings Photography.

2. Personal Use Only

Images may be used for personal purposes, including printing for personal display, social media sharing (with credit appreciated), and gifting to friends and family. Any commercial use—selling, reselling, or using images for business promotion—requires a separate license.

3. Downloading & Sharing

You may download images purchased or included in your package using the provided download tools. For optimal quality, we recommend downloading on a computer.

Prohibited Actions:

  • Taking screenshots of images for online sharing

  • Removing or altering watermarks

  • Redistributing images outside the scope of your personal license

These actions are illegal under copyright law and violate your agreement with Gray Mornings Photography.

4. Gallery Access & Security

Your gallery is private and intended solely for you and your invited viewers. See privacy policy.

5. Image Quality & Printing

Images are delivered at high resolution suitable for printing. While we strive for consistency across platforms, colors and brightness may vary slightly depending on your device or printer.

6. Prints & Products

You are welcome to order prints or products through the gallery print store. This ensures high-quality printing and proper handling of your images.

7. Liability

Gray Mornings Photography is not liable for lost or corrupted files once images are downloaded. It is your responsibility to back up your images.

8. Agreement

By accessing your gallery, you agree to comply with these terms. Any violation, including screenshotting for online sharing or removing watermarks, may result in legal action.
